By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.Important information:- Payment is in Euros through PayPal.- I have the right to decline any commission.- I will provide regular updates to customers.- Payment is required upfront after a rough sketch.- The first 3 rough sketches per artpiece are done for free to establish an art piece that the customer is happy with. After that, every rough sketch is 5 Euro per rough sketch upfront.
------------------------------Requirements:- You will have 7 days to pay the invoice before I re-use the commission slot. (Negotiation possible).- A clear idea of what you'd like the commission to be. (Think about mood, time of day, scenery, poses, expressions etc.) Quick sketches are helpful even if they're ugly!- A clear reference of the subject(s) that you want drawn.- Having permission or owning the rights to have the original characters drawn.- Your E-mail for invoicing.- A civil way of behaving. I do not appreciate rude behaviour and may quit working on your commission. In such cases the normal Refund possibilities will apply.
------------------------------Refunds:- If the commission is cancelled before I have started the art piece, you apply for a full refund.- If the commission is cancelled during the detailed sketch and/or lineart, flat colours phase, you will apply for a partial refund.- If the commission is at any other stage or fully finished, you do not apply for a refund.- If I cannot provide the finished commission, you apply for a negotiable refund.- If any discussed deadlines will not be met in time, you will receive a discount on the next commission or a partial refund depending on the amount of delay.! I can only provide refunds if you meet the above requirements ! !
I will maintain the rights to the artworks and any leftover artwork !
------------------------------Workflow:- Detailed Sketch (if needed): You may request big changes to the drawing.- Lineart & Flat Colours: You may request changes to the flat colours and lineart changes.- Shading: You may request changes to the shading and small overall changes.- Rendering: You may request changes to the texture, level of detail and small overall changes.- Final: You may request small changes. Big changes will cost an additional fee depending on complexity.! Please make sure that small changes aren't caused by missing information that you could've provided !You will be notified upfront in case of a different workflow!
------------------------------Deadlines:- I am often able to produce the desired art piece within 2-3 months.- I will notify you if the time frame might be longer in case of a very complex, detailed commission for instance.- Deadlines can be discussed and are usually possible.- Please do keep in mind that expecting a fully illustrated piece within a day is unrealistic.
------------------------------Copyright and Usage:- I as the creator of the art piece hold the rights to the artwork. Therefore I have the right to use your commission to promote myself, post it online or display it wherever I want.- Of course things are negotiable if you don't want your commission to be posted online.- I will not use commissions to sell prints or other commercial items due to personal preference.! My art may never be turned into an NFT or get edited through AI !- The customer is required at all times to give proper credit where it is due.
------------------------------The customer is allowed to:- Use the art piece for personal use only, unless agreed to otherwise.- Print the art piece for personal use.- Use the art piece (repost) to promote themselves.- Edit the art piece to fit a Profile Picture/Icon/Wallpaper.The customer is not allowed to:
- Take credit for the art piece as if they've created it themselves.- Reproduce and/or sell the artworks commercially, gaining profit. Unless discussed otherwise.- Remove any watermarks or signatures on purpose with the intent to hide credit.! When the TOS is not respected by the customer. They will lose the right to commission me and will be blacklisted !Subject to Change Without Notice
